Client Statistics 2009/10

The Migrant Information Centre provides a case work service to migrants and refugees living in the local government areas of Boroondara, Knox, Manningham, Maroondah, Monash, Whitehorse and Yarra Ranges. Feedback from MIC Training Sessions

From September 2000 the Migrant Information Centre will be seeking feedback from our clients on their satisfaction with the services we offer. The survey is translated and results are collated monthly.

In February 2010,there were 637 client contacts. People born in Burma (418) were the main group.

 

Nature of Client Enquiries

In February 2010, there were 1393 enquiries. 240 of them were associated with housing and accommodation and 222 with understanding and completing forms.


Type of Contact

In February 2010, 122 of all client contact were by telephone and 511 contacts were face to face.
