The Migrant
Information Centre provides a case work service to migrants
and refugees living in the local government areas of Boroondara,
Knox, Manningham, Maroondah, Monash, Whitehorse and Yarra
Ranges. Information about our case work can be accessed by

from MIC Training Sessions
From September
2000 the Migrant Information Centre will be seeking feedback
from our clients on their satisfaction with the services we
offer. The survey is translated and results are collated monthly.

(418) were the main group.

Nature
of Client Enquiries
In February
2010, there were 1393 enquiries. 240 of them were associated
with housing and accommodation and 222 with understanding
and completing forms.

contacts were face to face.
